We provide free technical support for all the products we sell for a minimum of two years after your purchase. If you need any assistance installing or applying DesignWorks, just call us or contact us by email. In most cases we can help you on the spot, but even in the toughest cases we usually get back to our customers within 24 hours. Please note that we will always try to help, but our ability to support older versions of software may be limited.
Free Updates Via the Internet
The DesignWorks product is subject to aggressive on-going development to keep it at the forefront of the industry. All DesignWorks for Windows owners can download new product versions as they come available from our Web site at no charge for a minimum of one year from their initial purchase. This isn't just minor patches. This includes all major and minor upgrades, with documentation in electronic form.

DesignWorks Update Policy
DesignWorks is subject to continuous development and upgrading. We welcome feedback and suggestions from our users and these frequently get incorporated into future versions. Upgrades are normally made available free of charge to users via Internet download and are shipped automatically to users with an update subscription. We will on a case-by-case basis and at our option provide free upgrades to users experiencing specific technical problems. Minor upgrades are normally released two or three times a year. Major upgrades are released every 18 - 24 months.
